We are all guilty in some respect or another in eating comfort food, those tim tams, lollies, chippies with our drinkies on a Friday after work, krispy crèmes for tea break. Some however take it to the extreme, this is their way of life, eating foods that clog them up, and large quantities of it, they are in a trance, a trance of satisfying their unmet needs through food as this is an area they can control, that they put in their mouths.
They see their bodies get bigger and clothes start feeling tighter, but like I said they are in a trance, unconsciousness of food addiction and it’s a vicious cycle. Only when external people make remarks about their weight, or they cannot sit comfortable in a chair do they snap out of the trance and realize how different they are to the rest of us. Naturally this feeds their discontentment with self and eat in disgust of their situation. They are repelled and go back to the trance of stuffing their faces.
Do you know someone like this? Sadly I do and I am writing this to remind you that this state CAN change, they can change and begin to uncover their inner beauty. When we work on the inside our external beauty will be reflected.
Begin obese/fat is a residual state of past actions, unhealthy habits, not respecting your body temple and punishing yourself through food. Let me ask you. What is missing in your life? Are you still blaming past events/people for your current state? Why? What would you rather look like? Be honest with yourself and you begin to see the real you.
